【Abstract】 The organizational structure is the core of enterprise reconstruction. In China, 20 years of open and reform policy has given much energy to Chinese enterprises, but many enterprises’ organization still cant adapt to new changes and cant meet the needs of development. To solve this problem,we should design a strategic reconstruction pattern for organizational structure with more energy based on such advanced theories as MIS, ERP and SCM, combining core structure layer, strategic operation layer and enterprise value chain together.Only in this way can Chinese large and medium sized enterprises adapt to fierce competition environment and develop continuously.更多还原
