【Abstract】 The globalization of economy and China’s entry into WTO require the opening of Chinese telecom industry to foreign countries.After many years of development, Chinese telecom industry has been equipped with the fundamental qualifications for opening.However,it has not established effective competing framework and supervising pattern so far.In order to adapt to the future circumstances,we have to break monopolization and strengthen the competition of Chinese telecom industry,reinforce the reforming of internal management mechanism of telecom corporations and establish a supervising system fitting in with market economy.更多还原
