对红外非线光学材料硫镓银（AgGaS2）晶体形貌的观察研究
Investigation of Infrared Nonlinear Optical Material AgGaS2 Crystal Morphology
【摘要】 用改进的Bridgman法 ,生长出了 1 5mm× 2 0mm的红外非线性光学晶体硫镓银 .采用蚀象法 ,观察了该晶体腐蚀条纹 ,其结果与现有报道结果一致 .通过实验 ,观察到了规则整齐的蚀坑 ,并对其内部形貌进行了初步研究 .
【Abstract】 The AgGaS 2 ingot(15mm×20mm)has been grown by the modified Bridgman technique Etch pits technique has been used to observe morphology.It is observed that there are etch pits on the plane,it is also observed that there are etch stripes.
