【Abstract】 The asymmetric squaric amides 6a～6l,7a～7c and asymmetric isosquarylium amides 3a～3s were smoothly prepared by the reaction of mono carbamoyl amide of squaric acid (MCASQA, 1) with primary arylamines and (N aliphatic) n butyl nitroxosquarate 4 with urea or its derivatives under the moderate condition. Thirty four new compounds were obtained. The common marked characteristic of the structure of these compounds is that the molecule has the ureido with physiological activity.更多还原
