含脲基片段不对称方酰胺、异方酰胺的合成
THE SYNTHESIS OF THE ASYMMETRIC SQUARIC AMIDES AND ISOSQUARYLIUM AMIDES WITH UREIDO
【摘要】 以氨甲酰类氮氧方酸 1和 (N 脂肪基 )氮氧方酸正丁酯 4为原料 ,分别与芳伯胺和脲类化合物反应 ,实现了不对称取代的方酰胺 6a~ 6l,7a~ 7c和异方酰胺 3a~ 3s的合成 ,共得 34个新化合物 ,其结构的共同特点是分子中都含有生理活性的脲基片段
【Abstract】 The asymmetric squaric amides 6a~6l,7a~7c and asymmetric isosquarylium amides 3a~3s were smoothly prepared by the reaction of mono carbamoyl amide of squaric acid (MCASQA, 1) with primary arylamines and (N aliphatic) n butyl nitroxosquarate 4 with urea or its derivatives under the moderate condition. Thirty four new compounds were obtained. The common marked characteristic of the structure of these compounds is that the molecule has the ureido with physiological activity.
