【Abstract】 The hypoctyl explants from the progeny TC’ 1 1 obtained in the test crossing between Brassica Napus OguCMS and the restorer were cultured, and some factors affecting shoot regeneration were also studied. the result showed that preculture can promote the differentiation of hypocotyl cells,AgNO 3 was advantageous to the shoot formation. And the highest regeneration rate was obtained in MS medium added 6 BA 2mg/L+NAA 0 5mg/L+AgNO 3 5mg/L.更多还原
