高湿度条件下O3在MnOX/γ-Al2O3催化剂上的分解
DECOMPOSITION OF OZONE OVER MnOX/γ-Al2O3 CATALYSTS
【摘要】 用共沉淀法制备了一系列MnOX /γ-Al2O3催化剂,并考察了它们对O3分解的催化性能.结果表明,Mn/Al摩尔比为1∶3,煅烧温度为500℃时制得的催化剂即使在高湿度条件下,对O3也有很好的催化分解效果.XRD,IR,XPS等分析表明,催化剂的活性中心锰在反应前后其形态发生改变,催化剂表面有新的氧物种出现.进一步依据催化剂表面羟基对O3分解的影响,解释了O3在高湿度条件下的催化分解过程.
【Abstract】 The catalysts MnOX /γ-Al2O3 were prepared by means of co-precipitation method and their catalytic performance for the decomposition o f ozone was investigated. The results show that at a caculation temperation of 5 00℃ and in a 1∶3 molecule ratio of Mn and Al, the ozone decomposition ratio wa s very high even under high humidity condition. At the same time the catalysts b efore and after the reaction were examined by XRD, IR and XPS techniques. The de composition of ozone results in the change of the active site on the catalyst an d the appearance of a new oxygen species. Furthermore the mechanism of those O 3 decomposition processes was discussed.
