亚硝化重氮偶合分光光度法测定空气中巯基化合物
DETERMINATION OF THIOLS IN AIR BY NITROSIFICATION -DIAZO-COUPLE SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
【摘要】 以NaOH溶液为吸收液吸收空气中的巯基化合物 ,进而以亚硝化重氮偶合分光光度法测定空气中的巯基化合物 .当NaOH浓度为 1mol/L ,吸收液体积为 5~ 2 0mL ,采气流速不大于 1L/min范围内时 ,对巯基化合物的吸收效率大于 94% ,方法的检测下限为 1.8× 10 -9mol/2 5mL .当采样体积为 2 3L空气时 ,最低检出浓度为 0 .0 0 4mg /m3 甲硫醇 .
【Abstract】 The thiols in air is first absorbed with 1mol/L aqueous solution of sodium hydrate, and then determined by nitrosification diazo couple spectrophotometric method. When the volume of absorbing solution varies from 5mL to 20mL and sample flow at no more than 1L/min, the collection efficiency is more than 94%. The detectability is 1.8×10 -9 mol/25mL.If the sampling volume is twenty three liters, the minimum detectable concentration is 0.004mg/m 3 methane thiol.
