油桃果汁饮料的加工技术
Technology for production of nectarine juice drink
【摘要】 以油桃鲜果为原料 ,采用冷榨和酶处理技术制取油桃汁 ,并提出了生产油桃汁饮料的工艺要点。
【Abstract】 Juice was obtained from fresh nectarine fruit by cold pressing and enzymatic treatment. The technological essentials for the production of nectarine juice drink are put forward.
