【Abstract】 How the reagents from different makers affected the test results of thermophilic acidophilic bacteria in a US Krueger Laboratory was investigated. The improved double-membrane filtration method was used to sample air and water from different locations in fruit juice concentrate manufacturers. The sampling volume was increased to enable us to detect thermophilic acidophilic bacteria on the spots where they had not been detected in usual sampling volume.
