可变截面涡轮增压器控制系统的研究
A Research on Variable Nozzle Area Turbocharger Control System
【摘要】 提出以步进电机为执行器、预测函数与增压压力闭环反馈相结合的VNT控制系统 ,对喷嘴环截面积进行实时有效的控制 ,综合提高发动机的稳态和瞬态性能。在自行构建的软硬件系统上进行了试验 ,结果表明该系统简单易行 ,成本低廉 ,实用性强
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a VNT control system equipped with a step motor as actuator. In order to effectively control nozzle area to improve engine performance in both steady state and transient conditions, a control scheme is made out by method of combining an anticipated function and charge air pressure feedback. After testing the system with software and hardware, satisfactory results are acquired. This system is proved to be simple and practical.
