功能性低聚糖的开发现状及在食品中的应用
The current studing of functional oligosaccharides and their application in food
【摘要】 论述了功能性低聚糖发展的背景、我国主要开发的功能性低聚糖的种类及在食品中应用的状况。讨论了我国一些企业开发和生产功能性低聚糖的情况及市场前景。
【Abstract】 : Functional oligosaccharides,as the basic material of function food,are becoming the hot point of study in the world.They can keep intestinal balance,prevent dental caries and other diseases.It is very popular for using in food in Japan,United States and some European countries,but it is only beginning in China.In this paper,current studies of oligosaccharides and their application in food will be reviewed.And market prospect will also be discussed briefly.
