【Abstract】 In Shanghai, the migration with household registration from the place inside the inner loop\|line to that of outside, brings a series of changes and problems of socioeconomic development, education, health, and public security in both the original and destination places, which is a big problem. This kind of large\|scale population redistribution will influence the figures and structure of the city, which will do some benefits for the establishment of new style city combined with rural and urban.
