硬质合金与钢摩擦时金属元素迁移的研究

【摘要】 研究了硬质合金与钢摩擦时金属元素的迁移行为。试验结果表明,在摩擦中施加含三乙醇胺润滑剂和干摩擦相比较,钨、钛、铁等金属元素的迁移率明显降低,而钻元素的迁移率却变化很小。分析原因是由于三乙醇胺会使硬质合金中的钻元素浸出所致。

【Abstract】 The transfer action of metal element has been studied in friction between cemented carbide and steel. The results show that applying triethanolamine-containing lubricant in friction, the transfer rate of metal element W, Ti and Fe etc. is evidently less than dry friction, but the transfer- rate change of element Co is very little. The reason was due to triethanolamine having made element Co of cemented carbide leaching in friction.
