减振器活塞杆摩擦热分析及温度与硬度的关系

【摘要】 针对汽车减振器活塞杆发生偏磨以及偏磨面与未偏磨面交界处淬硬层减薄的情况 ,用有限元方法分析了活塞杆瞬态温度场 ,获得达到稳态状况下活塞杆偏磨段平均温度为 6 5℃。通过闪点温度的计算得到活塞杆偏磨表面的特征温度为 2 6 1℃。本文分析了偏磨面边缘硬度降低与活塞杆偏磨表面温度的关系 ,认为高频淬火的集肤效应使得活塞杆亚表层组织未能完全转变为马氏体 ,回火稳定性差 ,偏磨面边缘因受摩擦热的影响引起了回火软化现象 ,导致了偏磨面与未偏磨面的边缘淬硬层减薄。而最表层由于获得完全细化的马氏体组织 ,拥有较好的回火稳定性 ,与未偏磨面表层硬度相当

【Abstract】 Considering that the piston rod of automobile shock absorber is partially worn and the depth of hardening zone at the edge of wearing side is decreased, finite element method is used to analyze the transient temperature field of piston rod The average temperature of worn side is calculated to be 65℃ while system reaches stable state According to the calculation of flash temperature, the characteristic temperature of worn side is obtained to be 261℃ The correlation between the hardness reduction and the surface temperature at the fringe of worn side of piston rod is analyzed in this paper It has been believed that the structure on the subsurface at the edge of worn side is unstable because it doesnt convert into martensite thoroughly under the skin effect of high frequency quenching and it is tempered and softened on the influence of friction heat In this way, the depth of hardened surface layer at the fringe of worn side is reduced However, because of fully grain refinement of martensite and good performance of temper resistance, the hardness of outer surface of worn side is equal to that of non-worn side
