含二氮杂萘酮环氧树脂体系的固化反应动力学研究
STUDY ON CURING REACTION OF EPOXY RESIN AND PHTHALAZINONE CURING AGENT
【摘要】 以 4- (4-羟基苯基 ) - 2 ,3 -二氮杂萘 - 1-酮 (DHPZ)为固化剂 ,用示差扫描量热法 (DSC)对环氧E44 /DHPZ体系的固化反应过程作了系统的研究 ,计算出固化反应的表观活化能为 10 4 0 4kJ/mol,固化反应近似为一级反应。通过固化剂份数对化学反应程度影响的研究 ,得知当DHPZ份数为 4 5~ 5 5时固化反应完全
【Abstract】 Using 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-phthalazone-1(DHPZ)as curing agent for epoxy resin,curing behaviors of epoxy resin E44/DHPZ system were investigated by means of DSC.Apparent activation energy of curing reaction and the reaction order were calculated by the DSC curves of the different temperature rise rates.The result of apparent activation energy was 104 04 kJ/mol and the reaction was almost first order.The curing processes of the systems with the different content of curing agent were also studied by DSC curves.The curing reaction could be completer when the content of DHPZ was 45% to 55%,and the curing rate went up with the increasing of the content of DHPZ.The heat resistant property of its thermosets was studied and showed that it could be raised effectively by using of DHPZ.
