【Abstract】 The discovery and history of buckyball and carbon nanotubes are introduced in this paper.The basic properties and crystal structure of carbon nanotubes are discussed.The mechanism of electrical and thermal conductivity of carbon nanotubes are discribed and the preparation methods for carbon nanotubes are reviewed.The potential applications of carbon nanotubes in various fields in future are predicated optimistically.更多还原
