【摘要】 【目的】脑脉I号胶囊为治疗中风中脏腑阴闭证的临床有效制剂 ,主要由黄芪、天麻、石菖蒲、川芎等组成 ,实验旨在优选该方的提取工艺。【方法】采用均匀设计法 ,以黄芪甲甙含量、干固物得率为指标 ,考察药材的提取时间、提取次数、溶媒量、乙醇浓度 4个因素对提取工艺的影响。【结果】最佳提取工艺为 :A6 B2 C3D3,即溶剂为 75%乙醇、溶剂用量为 6倍、提取 6 0min、提取次数为 3次。【结论】均匀设计法适用于中药复方制剂提取工艺中多因素的优选实验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To screen a superior extraction technology for Naimai Ⅰ Ca psule, an effective preparation for stroke involving the Zang_ and Fu_organs wit h yin_excess syndrome. Methods Using astragalin content and extraction rate of dry extract as the indexes, the effects of extraction time, extraction frequenc y, solvent amount and alcohol concentration on extraction technology were evalua ted by uniform design method. Results The superior technology was as follows: 75% alcohol, 6_fold solvent amount, extracting for 60 min for three times. Conclusion Uniform design method is the superior multiple_factor extraction te chnology for compound Chinese herbal preparation.更多还原
