【摘要】 摘要:目的:探讨中西医结合治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的远期疗效。方法:采用单纯使用万乃洛韦、解毒胶囊、卡介菌多糖核酸及后二者联合应用等4种方法,治疗复发性生殖器疱疹共156例。结果:联合使用解毒胶囊与卡介菌多糖核酸组,生殖器疱疹治疗前后的年复发次数较单用万乃洛韦组明显降低(P<0.01),也较单用解毒胶囊组或卡介菌多糖核酸组降低(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合的治疗方法有明显抑制病毒作用,对复发性生殖器疱疹有明显的远期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the long-term curative effectfc remedies for recurrent genital herpes (RGH). Methods: 156 cases of RGH were treated by 4 remedies individually, i.e., Valaciclovir alone, Jiedu Capsule, polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (PBC) and the combination of Jiedu Capsule and PBC. Results: After treatment ,the annual relapse frequency treated by combination of Jiedu capsule and PBC was markedly decreased than that treated by Valaciclovir along (P < 0.01),and also reduced than that treated by Jiedu capsule or PBC alone (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The remedy of TCM combinated with Western medicine can markedly inhibit the virus and exerts a long-term curative effect for RHG.更多还原
