【摘要】 目的:观察活血熄风汤配合尼群地平治疗原发性高血压病的疗效。方法:将104例原发性高血压病患者随机分为治疗组64例和对照组40例,2组均服用尼群地平片,治疗组加服活血熄风汤配合辨证治疗。结果:治疗组在降压疗效、疗效症状以及降低血脂、全血粘度等方面明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病能明显提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huoxue Xifeng Tang (HXT) associated with nitrendipine for essential hypertension (EH). Methods: 104 cases of EH were allocated randomly to treatment group (64 cases) and control group (40 cases). Nitrendipine and HXT Were applied for the treatment group and only nitrendipine for the control group. Results: In the treatment group, the effects of lowering blood pressure, reducing blood-fat and viscosity of whole blood and relieving headache, dizziness, flush complexion, palpitation and weakness were markedly superior than that of control group. Conclusion: The curative effect by TCM combined with western medicine can be markedly increased.更多还原
