【摘要】 共治疗慢性乙肝后肝硬化７８例，其中治疗组４７例用软坚汤煎剂冲服乙肝转阴散，对照组３１例用软坚汤煎剂送服大黄■虫丸。结果：治疗组一级疗效率５９．５７％（２８／４７）、ＨＢＶＭ及ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ转阴率均高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。２组间肝功能及纤维化指标比较，ＡＬＴ、ＡＳＴ、ＴＢｉｌ的复常率治疗组优于对照组，ＰＣⅢ、ＨＡ的复常率则对照组优于治疗组，但均无统计学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 78Cases of chronic posthepatitic cirrhosis were allocated to treatment group(47 cases) and control group (31 Cases) . The treatment group was treated by Ruanjian Decoction bombined with Yigan Zhuanyin Pow- der, and the control group by Ruanjian Decoction and Dahuang Zhechong Wan. The results showed that the pri- mary effective rate was 59. 57% (28/47), and the neg- ative rates of HBVM and HBV ?DNA was markedly higher than those of control group ( P < 0. 05). The com- parison of liver function and hepatic fibrosis showed that the normalizing rates of ALT, AST and total bilirubin were higher in the treatment group, while those of PC III and HA higher in the control group, but without statisti- cal significance.更多还原
