提高轴系扭转振动瞬时信号分析精度的转速跟踪分析方法的研究
Studies on the Method of Revolution Tracing Analysis for Improving the Accuracy in Processing Torsion Vibration Transient Signal
【摘要】 针对船舶动力装置及其传动系统在升降速过程中轴系扭转振动的时变信号存在低频滚振干扰,不能采用传统的转速跟踪分析直接进行分析的特点,提出了将采样频率降低一倍,使一次采样样本所包含的整周期数扩大一倍,加Han-ning窗进行转速跟踪分析的方法,避免了加窗产生的主瓣干涉,大大降低了低频干扰成分旁瓣干涉带来的影响,提高了升降速过程中轴系扭转振动各谐次幅值分析精度。通过仿真计算,结果表明本文所提出的方法是有效的。
【Abstract】 In the light of the characteristics that there are low-frequency rolling vibrations in the transient signals of shafting torsion vibrations during speeding up or speeding down the engines,and that it is impossible to process the transient signals by conventional revolution tracing analysis,by using Hanning windows and doubling the integral period numbers contained a sample,a new method of revolution tracing analysis is put forward. Through using the new method,main lobe interfere caused by using window function is avoided, side lobe interfere is decreased and the high accuracy in analyzing torsion vibration signals during speeding up or speeding down the engines is obtained greatly. The results of simulative calculation show the proposed method in this paper is effective.
