几丁质酶和抗菌肽D双价基因转化茄子的研究
Transformation of Eggplant Using Chitinase and Cecropin D Bivalent Genes
【摘要】 在建立茄子的组织培养及遗传转化体系的基础上,以根癌农杆菌为介导,采用叶盘法将几丁质酶和抗菌肽D双价基因转入茄子,分别获得6株KanR植株。对KanR植株进行点杂交、PCR扩增等分子检测。结果表明,目的基因已整合进茄子核基因组中。
【Abstract】 Chitinase and cecropin D bivalent genes, mediated with agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA 4404, were transferred into eggplant (Solanum melongenal) using leaf-disc method. Six plantlets were produced under the pressures of kanamicin and identified by dot blotting and PCR amplification. The results showed that the target genes had been integrated into the genome of the eggplant plantlets.
