【摘要】 目的 通过分析珠海市居民伤害致死情况，为制定预防和控制策略提供科学依据。方法 收集珠海市公安户籍管理系统中１９９７－１９９８年珠海市城区居民伤害死亡资料，利用统一印制的调查问卷进行入户回顾性调查。结果珠海市城区居民伤害死亡率低于国内其他地区，城区交通意外是居民伤害致死的主要因素，潜在寿命损失（ＰＹＬＬ）分析表明伤害造成的寿命损失以青少年最为明显。结论 重视交通管理、提高交通意外处置效卒、加强青少年交通安全教育是降低伤害死亡率的最有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemiologcal status of causes of death due to injuiy among the inhabitants in Zhuhai and pmvide scientific basis for formulating preventive measures. Methods Data relating to the death due to injuiy were collected from the department of census register and the retrospective analysis was made using prepared questionaire. Results It showed that death due to traffic is the leading cause of death in Zhuhai and the mortality due to injury among the inhabitants in this city was lower than that in other cities in this country, In addition, potential year life loss (PYLL) analysis indicated that life loss resulted fran injury was signifi- cant in adolescents. Condusion The efficiency of management of traffic be enhanced and safety education be carried out and intensified among the adolescents in order to reduce the death due to traffic.更多还原
