【摘要】 夏季旱涝与冬季环流关系密切。亚洲地区冬季纬向环流异常偏强 ,经向环流偏弱 ,同时 1月的极涡所在纬度 (简称极涡纬度 )偏南时 ,极易造成赤峰地区夏季洪涝 ;相反 ,纬向环流偏弱 ,经向环流偏强 ,同时 1月份的极涡纬度异常偏北时 ,极易造成赤峰地区夏季干旱。据此 ,把冬季环流进行分型 ,预测赤峰地区夏季旱涝更多还原
