复合绝缘子耐酸芯棒性能的稳定性

【摘要】 为了减少复合绝缘子脆断而采用的耐酸芯棒 ,是依据芯棒中起着粘合纤维作用的树脂防护性能特点 ,通过分析论证 ,认为采用无捻玻璃纤维粗纱拉制芯棒和提高芯棒的基体树脂固化度 ,可以避免酸介质进入内部腐蚀纤维 ,保证耐酸芯棒性能的稳定性。同时也得出芯棒长期承担较大载荷过程中对其树脂防护性能影响不大的结论更多还原

【Abstract】 The acid resistant core bar is used to reduce the fracture of composite insulator with resin protection properies.The analysis shows that the stability for acid resistant property can be ensured by using rovings and raising curing degree of resin which can stop the penetration of acid media into the fiber bundles.It is concluded that high long term loading of core bar will not affect the resin protection property.更多还原
