【摘要】 目的　观察自体角膜缘上皮球结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法　 17例 17眼翼状胬肉切除后 ,取同眼颞上方带有角膜缘上皮的球结膜为植片 ,对位移植 ,术后应用抗生素激素眼药点眼。结果　术后角膜创面恢复光滑透明 ,达到角膜表型愈合 ,无并发症 ,2例视力低下得到改善 ,随访 6～ 17个月 ,无复发。结论　自体角膜缘上皮球结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉 ,可为角膜创面的愈合提供可分化增殖的角膜缘干细胞 ,同时可防止结膜上皮及血管向角膜内生长 ,是治疗翼状胬肉 ,防止复发的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinic effects of pterygium ablation combined with auto-corneaoscleral limbus conjunctiva transplantation in treating pterygium.Methods 17 eyes of 17 cases were undergone pterygium ablation and auto- corneaoscleral limbus conjunctiva transplantation. The postoperative follow-up surrey was 6～17 months.Results The corneas were transparent with low visual acuity improved and without complications after the operation. No pterygium re-occurred in follow-up period.Conclusions The corneaosclera limbus comprises stem-cells, which can provide the pathological corneas with new health corneal epithelia, also can prevent the conjunctiva epithelia and vessels from growing onto the cornea surface. So pterygium ablation combined with auto corneaoscleral limbus conjunctiva transplantation is an efficient method of curing perygium and prevent re-occurring.更多还原
