【摘要】 目的　应用以足背动脉为蒂的足背皮瓣修复踝部软组织缺损。方法　以足背动脉的体表投影为轴线 ,根据受区创面范围大小 ,设计足背皮瓣。结果　临床应用 5例 ,修复踝部软组织缺损 ,皮瓣全部成活 ,皮瓣面积最大可达 8cm× 6 .5cm ,经随访效果满意。结论　足背动脉是足背皮瓣的可靠血管蒂。足背皮瓣具有薄而柔软 ,色泽与受区相近 ,血供丰富等特点 ,是修复踝部软组织缺损的一种理想皮瓣更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To apply dorsum pedis pedicle flap(using arteria dorsalis pedis as the base of the flap)to repair soft tissue defect about ankle. Methods According to the size of the surface of the wound,the skin flap was designed.Using the body surface reflection of the arteria dorsalis pedis as the axis.Results The soft tissue defects about ankle were repaired in 5 cases of patients,with all skill flaps aliving.The maximun arca of the skin flap was 8?cm×5?cm.Through following-up,the effect was good.Conclusions Arteria dorsalis pedis in the reliable base of dorsum pedis.The dorsum pedis skin flap is thin and soft.It also has enough vascularity and the same color as the accepting site.It is a ideal skin flap to repair the soft tissue defect about ankle.更多还原
