【摘要】 连续用丹参治疗大鼠乙酸性十二指肠溃疡 5天。结果表明 :丹参组的溃疡指数显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,十二指肠壁结合粘液量显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,十二指肠组织PGE2 含量亦显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结果提示 :丹参抗大鼠乙酸十二指肠溃疡的机制可能是丹参促进了十二指肠壁粘液和PGE2 的分泌 ,从而促进了溃疡的愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 After duodenal ulcer were induced by the application of acetic acetic acid.Danshen was administrated to the rats for 5 consecutive days.The results showed that ulcer index of Danshen group declined markedly than that of control group (P<0.01);Conjugated mucus and PGE 2 contents increased obviously than that of control group(P<0.01).Danshen accelerate the healing process of duodenal ulcer,its mechanism was increasing secretion of mucus and PGE 2 contents.更多还原
