【摘要】 目的:研究桂附地黄汤对小鼠肝癌增殖的抑制作用。方法 采用桂附地黄汤对小鼠肝癌动物模型连续灌胃,计算瘤重抑制率。结果:桂附地黄汤对小鼠肝癌生长有一定抑制作用,随着剂量增加,作用增强。结论:桂附地黄汤相当于生药量0.44g生药/kg时,抑瘤率为37.17％(P<0.05),可较明显抑制小鼠肝癌的生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 To research inhibitional action of guifu dehuang soup to small mice hepatocellular carcinoma hyperplasia. Methods: To set up animal model of small mice hepatocellular carcinoma. To use guifu dehuang soup to perfuse the stomach successively, To weigh body weight of the carcinoma, To count the rate of inhibition of carcinoma weight. Results: The rale of inhibition of carcinoma weight is 37.17% , (P>0.05) and the dose is more increase, the inhibitional action is more emhancement. Conclusions: Guifu dehuang soup has inhibitional action to small mice hepatocellular carcinoma.更多还原
