【摘要】 目的 :分析广谱肿瘤标记物DR 70 TM对恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 :用ELISA法测定 5 63例恶性肿瘤患者、62例健康查体者和 70例非恶性肿瘤病人血清DR 70 TM的含量。结果 :①恶性肿瘤患者血清DR 70 TM含量的均值为 8 90mg L ,显著高于非恶性肿瘤疾病和健康体验者 ;②按DR 70 TM正常参考值<6 0mg L计 ,恶性肿瘤的总阳性率为 5 7 0 2 % ,非恶性肿瘤疾病有 2 0 %高于参考值 (特异性为 80 % ) ,而正常对照组全部低于参考值 (特异性为 10 0 % ) ;③恶性肿瘤中以胃癌的阳性率最高 ,其次是卵巢癌、肝癌和肺癌 ,乳腺癌最低。结论 :DR 70 TM检测有助于恶性肿瘤与非恶性肿瘤疾病的鉴别 ,特别对群体普查能提供早期诊断有价值的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of broad spectrum tumor marker DR 70 TM in malignant tumors Methods Detect the serum DR 70 TM by ELISA method in 563 cases malignant tumor patients,62 healthy people and 70 cases of non malignant tumor as control.Results ①The average content of serum DR 70 TM in malignant tumor patient is 8 90 mg/L,it is significantly higher than non malignant tumor patients and healthy people.②The normal reference value of DR 70 TM content is <6 0 mg/L.The total positive rate of malignant tumors is 57 02%.DR 70 TM content of non malignant tumor diseases is higher than the mormal reference value at the rate of 20%(specificity is 80%),in normal control group,every DR 70 TM content is lower than the normal reference value(specificity is 100%).③The positive rate of stomach cancer is the highest in malignant tumors.The next one is ovarian cancer,liver cancer and lung cancer.The lowest one is mammary cancer.Conclusions Determination of DR 70 TM is helpful in differentiating malignant tumors from non malignant tumor patients.It can especially provide valuable reference indices of early diagnosis for mass screening.更多还原
