胰十二指肠切除术吻合方式与胰瘘和胆瘘发生率的相关性研究
The Study of the Corelationship of the Biliary Fistual.Pancreas Fistual and the Anastomosis Methods of the Duodenopancreatectomy
【摘要】 对山东省肿瘤医院 1989年 5月～ 1999年 5月施行胰十二指肠切除术 146例进行回顾性分析。传统的胰肠套入法吻合 10 3例 ,发生胰瘘 3例 ,改良套入法吻合 42例 ,无胰瘘发生。胆管空肠吻合 77例 ,发生胆瘘 7例 ,胆囊空肠吻合 6 9例 ,无胆瘘发生。该资料提示 ,胰瘘、胆瘘的发生与吻合方式有关 ,在提高手术操作技术的前提下 ,改进吻合方式可减少胰瘘、胆瘘的发生。
