食管癌原发灶及转移淋巴结血管内皮生长因子和微血管形成的测定
The Study of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Expression and Angiogenesis in Primary Esophageal Carcinoma and Metastatic Lymph Nodes
【摘要】 目的 :探讨食管鳞状细胞癌原发灶和淋巴结转移灶血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达及微血管形成的规律。方法 :用免疫组化方法测定 35例食管癌标本原发灶和转移灶VEGF表达水平及微血管密度(MVD)。结果 :淋巴结转移灶VEGF表达水平高于原发灶 (P <0 .0 1) ;淋巴结转移灶、原发灶及阴性淋巴结MVD分别为 11 33± 4 .4 4、13 85± 5 57、18 6 1± 6 6 7,淋巴结转移灶与后两者相比差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :转移灶VEGF表达水平高于原发灶 ,淋巴结内可能存在抗肿瘤血管生成因素。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the regularity of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression and angiogenesis in primary esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and metastatic lymph nodes.Methods VEGF and MVD were detected in 35 esophageal carcinoma specimens including primary carcinoma and lymph nodes by immunohistochemical SP technique.Results VEGF expression in metastatic lymph nodes was significantly higher than that in primary carcinoma ( P <0.01);MVD was 11.33±4 44 in metastatic lymph nodes,significant lower than that in primary focus (13 85±5 57, P <0.01)and in negative lymph nodes (18.61±6.67),it was significant difference ( P <0.01).Conclusion VEGF expressionin in metastatic lymph nodes was higher than in primary carcinoma perhaps,there are some factors to inhibit tumor angiogenesis in lymph nodes.
