【摘要】 目的 :探讨“野中野”超分割放射治疗对非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)所致肺不张的疗效及不良反应。方法 :对 148例NSCLC所致肺不张进行随机分组 ,采用“野中野”超分割和常规放射治疗。结果 :①疗效 :“野中野”超分割放疗 1、2、3、4个月的肺复张率为 33.9%、4 4 .6%、66.1%、83.9% ,常规放疗为19 6%、31.5%、4 0 .2 %、4 4 .6%。②并发症 :“野中野”和常规放疗的并发症发生率分别为 64.3%和4 4 6% ,放射性肺炎和肺纤维化的发生率为 17.9%、6.5%和 7.1%、2 .2 %。结论 :“野中野”超分割放射治疗可以明显提高NSCLC所致肺不张的复张率 (P <0 .0 5) ,可以加快肺复张的时间和缩短患者治疗时间 2～ 2 .5周。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects and complications of “field in field"hyperfractionated radiotherapy on atelectasis caused by non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 148 cases with atelectasis caused by NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups, group I was treated with the “field in field"hyperfractionated radiotherapy,groupⅡwas treated with the conventional radiotherapy.Results ①Effects:The rates of lung expansion in the group which was treated by “field in field”hyperfractionated radiotherapy were 33 9% on first month,44.6% on second month,66.1% on third month,83.9% on fourth month,cand another group were 19 6% on first month,31.5% on second month,40.2% on third month,44.6% on fourth month.②Complication:The complication with the field in field"hyperfractionated radiotherapy was 64.3%,the complication with the conventional radiotherapy was 44.6%,the rates of radiation pneumonitis and radiation induced pulmonary fibrosis on caused by the“field in field”hyperfractionated radiotherapy and the conrentional radiotherapy were 17.9%,6 5%and 7.1%,2.2% respectively.Conclusions The “field in field”hyperfraction radiotherapy treatment is better obviously than conventional radiotherapy( P <0.05) in improving lung expansion.It can speed up the time for the lung expansion and save 2-2.5 weeks of treatment time for patients.更多还原
