霍州发电厂4号机振动故障诊断与治理
Vibration Fault Diagnosis of #4 Unit in Huozhou Power Plant
【摘要】 霍州电厂 4号机系 10 0MW机组 ,长期以来该机组振动一直不稳定 ,3号~ 6号瓦振动对励磁电流很敏感 ,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。全面介绍了机组振动测试结果 ,深入分析了机组故障原因 ,指出密封瓦摩擦、热态轴承标高分布不合理以及发电机转子热变形是导致机组振动故障的根本原因 ,据此制定了故障治理方案并在机组小修中实施 ,取得了良好效果
【Abstract】 There exists a long time unstable vibration problem of #4 unit in Huozhou Power Plant. The vibration of #3-#6 bearings are sensitive to generator electric current. The unit can’t run safely and reliably. The vibration test results and fault diagnosis process are presented in the paper in detail. It is concluded that rub of pressurized bearing, unreasonable bearing elevation distribution and generator thermal distortion are the main reasons for the unstable vibration. Fault diagnosis project was realized during the overhaul of the unit. The vibration problem was solved.
