【摘要】 目的 :总结预防急性心肌梗死及猝死的护理体会。方法 :对 5 12例不稳定型心绞痛患者进行护理。结果 :2 73例心绞痛缓解后接受选择性冠状动脉造影术 ,78例用PTCA及支架植入术治疗 ,余 16 1例中 13例发生Q波型心梗 ,6例发生非Q波型心梗 ,2例猝死 ,12例接受外科搭桥术治疗。结论 :对心绞痛疼痛性质、心电图变化及心肌酶谱改变的准确观察是预防并发症的关键 ,绝对卧床休息及对治疗后出血倾向的观察是护理的重点 ,密切观察介入术后并发症及对患者的健康教育是保证治疗效果的重要措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To conclude about nursing experience of prophylaxis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and sudden death Method:Analyze nursing experience of 512 cases unstable angina patients Result:273 cases angina all relieved,78 cases received PTCA and holder implantation only 13 cases occared Q wave AMI,6 cases suffered from non Q wave AMI;2 cases suddenly died;12 cases accepted bypath operation Conclusion:Its important to observate pathological reason and type of angina,ECG change and change of myocardial enzyme spectrum,prevent onset of any complications,for example,hemorrahgic tendency,complications after interventional therapy,put forward health education更多还原
