【摘要】 目的 :研制肩锁关节外固定架并应用于临床 ,提高肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法 :应用研制的肩锁关节外固定架 ,临床治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折 15例。结果 :治愈优良率为 10 0 %。结论 :传统的三角巾悬吊、绷带捆绑等单纯外固定治疗 ,固定过程长 ,复位欠确切 ,制动欠稳定 ,维持复位较难。使用肩锁关节外固定架治疗能弥补传统治疗的不足。对机体损伤小 ,固定牢靠、安全 ,患者舒适 ,易维持复位 ,简便易行 ,且便于护理 ,关节功能恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research about the invention and application of self made external fixator on acromioclavicular joint.to improve the healing of dislocation and fracture at that point.Method: Put self made extenal fixator of acromioclaicucar joint into clinical use.Result: 15 cases of acromioclavicular joint deslocation and distal end fracture of clavicular all healed.Conclusion: This kind of external fixator show better than tradtional treatment(for example triangle cloth hanging bandage fixation),with less injury,safe fixation,stable raduction,and more simplixity,quicker improval of joint function.更多还原
