【摘要】 目的 :探讨静脉肾盂造影 (IVP)前行清洁肠道准备的最有效方法。方法 :将 15 2例患者随机分为甲、乙、丙 3组 ,甲组口服番泻叶用水冲饮 ,乙组清洁灌肠 ,丙组口服 5 0 %硫酸镁。对比 3组肠道准备所需时间及肠道准备效果。结果 :丙组清洁肠道效果明显好于甲、乙两组 (P <0 0 1) ,成功率 98%。结论 :IVP前用 5 0 %硫酸镁清洁肠道 ,肠内容物排泄迅速 ,肠胀气少 ,不损伤肠粘膜 ,患者痛苦小 ,无副作用 ,应用方便更多还原
