【摘要】 目的　探讨早期性体验对成年男性性功能障碍患者性生活的影响。方法　通过细心交谈 ,让病人回忆有深刻记忆的早期性体验 ,并同病人现在的性愿望 (幻想 )相比较 ,同时鼓励其配偶主动满足病人的性愿望。结果　所有 ( 10 0 % )患者对青春期前性体验有深刻记忆 ;通过其配偶主动配合治疗后 ,32例 ( 80 % )患者再次体验到理想的性高潮 ;6例 ( 15 % )患者性功能明显改善 ;2例 ( 5 % )无效。结论　良好的早期性体验有益于成人正常的性生活。对因现有性行为与早期性体验不吻合而引起性功能障碍者 ,只要重新建立两者之间有意义的联系 ,即可重新提高病人的性生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate adult sexual activities effected by teenage sexual activities.Methods Forty cases were advocated to recall their impressive teenage sexual experiences through detailed conversation with the doctor.The patients′ present sexual desire or illusions were compared with those experiences in teenage.And then,patient′s partners were encouraged to satisfy the patient′s sexual behavior that they experienced in their teenage.Results All the patients (100%) have their impressive memories for their pre-mature sex activities.32 of them (80%) reached their sexual orgasm again under their partner′s helped.Six (15%) significantly improved their erection function.Conclusion Normal sexual experience was benefit to build healthy sexual activity later.If the relationship from early sexual behavior to the sexual activity in adult was rebuilt in the patients who underwent self-contradictory behavior between un-normal sexual activities in teenage and present activities or ED in adult,the quality of erectile function would be improved.更多还原
