青少年睡眠质量及相关因素分析

【摘要】 目的 了解青少年睡眠质量的现状及影响因素。方法 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (PSQI)调查表 ,对 12 9位青少年和 2 1位成年人进行调查。结果  (1)本次调查总体男女比较和青少年性别比较 ,均无显著性差异。 (2 )成年人睡眠时间少于青少年 ,睡眠障碍指标则明显高于青少年。 (3)学历和专业对青少年的睡眠状况影响不大。 (4)本次调查中发现影响青少年睡眠质量的主要因素为上网、学习紧张等 ;青少年睡眠不足或不佳时 ,会出现注意力不能集中、烦躁、易怒、记忆困难和厌食等 ;多数被调查者都认为睡眠是非常重要的。结论 合理地安排生活时间并为青少年创造良好的学习环境和学习条件是非常重要的

【Abstract】 Objective To know the status of sleeping quality of teen-agers.Methods By applying questionnaires designed with Pittsburgh Sleeping Quality Index (PSQI),129 teen-agers and 21 adults were surveyed.Results The data of this study showed:(1)there was no significant difference between females and males in the whole population or in teen-agers.(2)the sleeping hours of adults were less than those of the teen-agers′.Nonetheless,the sleeping-disability indices were significantly higher than those of the teen-agers′.(3)The sleeping status was not greatly influenced by the education level or specialty.(4)some major factors (such as internet -surfing,study anxiety,etc.)investigated in this study could influence the sleeping quality of teen-agers;symptoms like aprosexia,dysphoria,irritability,hypomnesia appeared in the case of lacking sleep;the majority of being surveyed realized the importance of sleeping quality.Conclusion It is very important to schedule daily-life scientifically and reasonably.It is also very important to create good study environments and conditions for teen-agers.
