【摘要】 目的　探讨胃癌的临床病理特点与腹腔游离癌细胞的关系 ,为腹腔化疗提供依据。方法　采用细胞学方法检测 74例胃癌患者腹腔游离癌细胞 ,并进行大体标本观察。结果　当肿瘤浸透浆膜、浆膜受浸面积大于 10cm2 、肿瘤为低分化腺癌、弥漫型生长时腹腔游离癌细胞检出率明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　腹腔游离癌细胞与肿瘤的低分化、弥漫型生长、浸润浆膜的范围等临床病理特点密切相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the clinicopathologic features and intraperitoneal free cancer cells in gastric cancer,and provide foundation for intraperitoneal chemotherapy.Methods The intraperitoneal free cancer cells in 74 operable gastric cancer patients were tested by cytological examination.And the gross specimen were observed.Results The positive rate of free cancer cells in gastric cancer was sharply higher(P<0 05) when the tumor with serosal invasion,serosal invasion area more than 10cm 2,poor differentiation,infiltrative growth pattern.Conclusion The intraperitoneal free cancer cells is significantly related with the clinicopathologic features such as poor differentiation,infiltrative growth pattern,serosal invasiona and invasion area.更多还原
