【摘要】 目的　研究老年高血压患者 (EH)血压昼夜节律与无症状脑梗死、微量白蛋白尿、左心室肥厚的关系。方法　对 35例老年杓型EH患者及 47例非杓型EH患者进行血压监测、头颅MRI、超声心动图及尿白蛋白、纤维蛋白原检查。结果　老年非杓型EH组中无症状脑梗死、微量白蛋白尿及左心室肥厚的发生率显著高于老年杓型EH组。结论　血压昼夜波动节律消失的老年EH患者其无症状靶器官损害较血压昼夜节律正常的EH患者明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationships between damage of target organs(brain,heart and kidney)and different blood pressure variation in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods There were 35 patients of dippers and 47 patients of nondippers.24-hour Bp monitoring MRI were carried out in all patients,the urinary albumin concentration,fibrinogen,serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were assayed.Results The frequency of silent cerebrovascular damage,microalvuinuria,left ventricular hypertrophy in nondippers was greater than those in dippers.Conclusion Nondippers are more likely than dippers to suffer latent hypertensive target-organ damage,including cerebrovascular damage,heart disease and real damage.更多还原
