【摘要】 目的 了解农村老年居民常见病的分布状况。方法 采取随机整群抽样 的 方法,于1999年5月对琼海市中原镇农村253名60岁以上的居民进行了 17种常见病的入 户调查。结果 农村老年居民的患病率为70.75％。老年人同时患两种 以上疾病的占16.2％ 。农村老年居民中前10位的常见疾病为白内障、高血压、慢性支气管炎、骨关节病、贫血、 慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、中风、糖尿病、冠心病。结论 提示以老年人作为 社区卫生服 务的重点人群，以高血压作为慢性病防治的重点疾病,坚持早期治疗与健康教育相结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To obtain the prevalent situati on of the common diseases among the old residents in rural communities and probe into the content of community health service.Methods By u sing the method of random cluster sampling,17 kinds of common diseases among 253 residents over 60 years were investigated in the rural communities in Zhongyuan Town of Qionghai City in May 1999.Results The prevalence r ate among the old residents was 70.75% in the communities.16.20% of the old re sidents suffered from 2 or over 2 kinds of diseases simultaneously.The first 10 kinds of common diseases among the old residents of in communities were catarac t,hypertension,chronic bronchitis,bone and joint diseases,anemia,chronic ga stritis,gastric ulcer,apoplexy,diabetes,and coronary heart disease.Conclusion The old people should be considered as the focal point o f the community health service,and it is very important to prevent the common d iseases.更多还原
