【摘要】 目的　探讨预防与康复的相互关系和社会需求。方法　在社区和专科医院病房中开展康复和预防知识的专题教育 ,对 2 6 1位听课者采用问卷式调查表进行调查。结果　 2 6 1位听课者中高血压患者 112人、中风患者 44人、患者家属 5 9人 ,占听课者的 82 4%。中风患者中有 2 9人未接受过康复指导 ,其中有不同程度合并症或误用综合症 (指不适当锻炼的结果 ) 2 1人 ;接受过康复指导的中风患者 15人 ,发生合并症或误用综合症的仅 4人。两者相比结果有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　康复指导对减少合并症和误用综合症具有意义 ,康复预防的最大需求在社区 ,全科医生应该担负起这方面的工作更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship and requirement of prevention and rehabilitation through the practice of health education and the information feed back.Methods The education of rehabilitative prevention was carried out in community and hospital. 261 listeners were investigated by question paper. The cases and data about whether the stroke patents got rehabilitation directions and had the complications or not were analyzed. Results Among 261 listeners, there are 112 hypertension patients, 44 stroke patients and 59 patient’s relatives, total 82.4% in all listeners. 21 of the 29 stroke patients who didn’t get the rehabilitation directions suffered from complications. But in the 15 stroke patients who had got the rehabilitation directions there were only 4 occurred complications. That showed obvious difference between two groups. Conclusion It is significant that rehabilitation directions can reduce the stroke complication. There are great needs for rehabilitative prevention in community, which is the duty for the doctor to take on in general practice.更多还原
