Al-Sc合金高温力学性能研究
Study of the Al-Sc Alloys High-thmperature Mechnical Properties
【摘要】 对Al-0 35Sc合金中加入不同含量的微量过渡族元素Zr、Ti,采用正交试验测定了这些含Zr、Ti元素的Al-Sc合金的高温 (2 70℃ )力学性能 ,总结了Zr、Ti加入量、时效制度对Al-Sc性能的影响规律 ,此外还对高温强化机理进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Adding different amount transition elements Zr、Ti into Al-Sc alliy,orthogonal design is used to mesure high-temperature mechnical properties of the alloys at 270℃,Micro-structure of the alloys is observed by means of tem,and high-temperature strengthening mechanism is analyzed as well.
