计算气体返混对蒸馏效率影响的混合池模型
Mixing cell model for the effect of vapor back-mixing on distillation tray efficiencies
【摘要】 为确切了解蒸馏过程中气体返混对板效率的影响 ,以串联的全混池表征真实的液体流动 ,针对 L ewis第三类塔板 ,建立了模拟气体返混的混合池模型。模型计算值与美国精馏中心 (FRI)实验值的比较表明模型具有较好的可靠性。模拟还表明 ,气体返混对蒸馏过程的影响与汽提因子和点效率有关 ,汽提因子和点效率越大 ,气体返混导致表观板效率下降的程度越大
【Abstract】 Vapor back mixing not only induces liquid flooding in the downcomer but also decreases the driving forces for mass transfer in distillation processes. A new mixing cell model was developed for the third Lewis case conditions to find out its effect on distillation tray efficiencies. This model was proved reliable by comparing the simulation result with Fraction Research Institution (FRI) experimental data. The results show that gas back mixing decreases apparent tray efficiency especially in the case of high point efficiencies and stripping factors.
