1GPa高效往复无环动密封
A ringless hydrodynamic seal of high efficiency up to 1GPa
【摘要】 为了探索一种超高压高效无环动密封的可行性 ,对增压过程进行了运动学分析 ,得到了制约往复增压系统压力生成能力的影响要素。提出了提高系统容积效率和系统压力生成能力的解决方案。研究表明 :系统的压力生成能力不仅与密封间隙相关 ,同时与系统的死点容积、增压速度及排液容积相关。高压下 ,增大死点容积会降低系统的容积效率。试验结果表明 ,新密封结构能有效地提高系统压力生成能力和容积效率 ,高效的密封结构可实现 1GPa乃至更高压力的动密封。
【Abstract】 To probe a new, efficient and ringless hydrodynamic seal under ultra high pressure, the kinematics of pressure intensifying is analyzed. The restrictive factors to the pressure generation are found. A resolution is given to increase the voluminal efficiency and ability of the pressure generation. The studies show that the ability of systemic pressure generation is involved with sealing clearance, dead center volume, pressure intensifying speed and volume of discharged oil. The increasing of dead center volume can play down the voluminal efficiency of the systems under high pressure. The experimental results show that the new seal can improve the ability of pressure generation and voluminal efficiency, which can keep the pressure increasing up to 1GPa.
