【Abstract】 SHEN Jia - ben is a famous jurist in Qing Dynasty. He gained the great attainments in a sphere of the legal thought of China and the West. He probed into contact on legal system and morality. To his opinion, the morality plays more important role than the legal system in the sphere of administering a country. A noble minded person enforces the law, the authority of law is set up. We can draw lessons from SHEN Jia - ben’s thought in the legal and moral construction of the modern times.更多还原
