【摘要】 目的 研究脑出血的危险因素。方法 对153例脑出血病人采用病例对照的研究方法进行危险因素的调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 病人组的高血压病、阳性卒中家族史、高盐饮食、饮酒史、超重、高血浆粘度、细细胞变形能力、高脂蛋白a、高胆固醇血症均与对照组有显著性差异。结论 上述九项均为脑出血的危险因素。本文对它们的作用机制进行初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage. Method 153 hospital patients diagnosed by head CT scan were investigated for the risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage by means of case-control study. Each patient was matched at the same time by one hospital control. The results were analyzed by statistic method. Result There was significant difference in data between two groups including hypertension, history of positive familial stroke,fat,hypersalt diet, history of drink , plasma hyperviscosity, ability of RBC deformation , hyperlipoprotein a, hypereholesterolemia. Conclusion They ail became risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
