【Abstract】 Asset securitization is a kind of financial creation which is developing most rapidly in the field of international finance in the recent 30 years. In the thesis, we have analyzed several questions:the significance,the probabilities and the obstacles of promoting asset securitization in the process of our country’s commercial banks’ management. Then we pointed out several ways to get rid of these obstacles. At last, we mentioned the problem of bad asset securitization.
