房地产业发展的几个理论问题
The Basic Theory on Development of Real Esate
【摘要】 分析归纳了房地产业发展较为成熟的几个基本理论 :地租地价理论、供求理论、区位理论、城市化理论和周期性理论
【Abstract】 This paper concludes and analyses the basic theories on development of real estate: land rent and price theory, supply and demand theory, regional theory, urbanization theory and periodicity theory.
